Can someone please explain why the hell they had a 40 m/h speed limit on the m3/m25 today for like a million miles and not ONE construction vehicle, pig, accident or even a fricken cone.

And they have the nerve to state "QUEUES LIKELY"

Thats why I miss home so much Dude.... The good old N1...what speed limit?? My average speed most days back home was 140km/h!

yeah or on the A 7 from the alps to the north sea .. most day one could travel the 700 KM in 4 hours (car strength/speed permitting)

My average N1 speed was about 160km/k, coming home from langames in joburg, 03:00 in the morning, so easy to hit 210km/h. Miss those days.

By Halfway House I'm clocking 210km/h, thats when I the engine went bang!
Did I learn my lesson....NO.. I just saved up and got myself a Opel Super Boss, and fucking hell did that car fuck off!!! Those were the days!

just need to save up a bit, gonna get myself a bike so I can do some traffic dodgeing in London .... At 210km/h :D :D

(I'll just make sure I lose my licence plate, before hand)

I wrote my Opel off when spun the fuck out of it as i left the motorway off an embankment....... Loved that car as well, not much that could stay with it.

heh yeah, lose licence plates, iam afraid to say its most likely not the only thing you will lose though, as i have seen it many times.

dont blame me (car driver) if you diwe young that way...

...seriously why do so many motorbikers have so little sense?
please make sure youre not going to be killed by me though, i have so far even dodged every fox on the road and not killed any mamal larger than a field mouse, so please try not to use my car as a ramp into the much more gothic hunting grounds :D

Still got mine back home.....ur.... whats left of it!
The only time I drove the car with in the law, some pratt crashed into me two weeks before I left for London..And a week before I was going to sell it!!!
So when landing in England I only had £100 to my name! ouch!
Still I miss the car for its speed.

Lost many friends that way..very sad indeed. Me.. I like cars more crazy I know, knowing the speeds I travel at. But ay life is short so make the most of it!

All UK speed limits are set by Vin Diesel time. i.e. how fast a speed Vin can attain over a specific distance, relative to width of road. Vin wears big shoes afterall, and we all know what that means.

Don't they teach anything at school nowadays? Back when I was a lad we had to learn this off by heart.

...and now a random fact about Vin Diesel:
