Planning on taking my little sister to Slimelight, help!

Hi, I'm from Portugal and I'll be in London this summer with my little sister.
How old do you have to be to be allowed in Slimelight?
And if she's too young, can I be like a legal guardian or something?
Here in Portugal you are allowed to drink and enter clubs when you're 16 and over, but how about the UK?

Afraid it is 18 and over in the UK, but in most pubs/clubs, you seem to see lots of girls who are obviously younger than that

What about being legaly responsible for them? here in Portugal you can take resposibility for a minor in a club if they are too young... Is this feasible in the UK?
