Had to listen with volume way down cos at work so could be wrong but it sounds to me like:

TRANS X - 'Living On Video', great synthpop track from the 80s... I remember being intrigued by the girl dancers doing the robotic voices on Top of The Pops :)

That track always reminds me of 'Lucifer's friend' by Vision, speaking of old 80's tracks...at least I think that's what it reminds me of!
