Hi,
Please help!
There's a track played pretty frequently upstairs (has been for some years apparently), and it was played again on NYE 2004. The DJ said it's called "I Love you so" (bit of a give away, considering these are the lyrics that run through it), by someone called "Electronica", or "Electronics" or similar (.....too mashed on the night to retain even the most basic information!). It has a kinda humming/buzzing sound resonating through it, if that's any help :?
Can't find anything on google, and I'd like to know if there's an album in existence that features this track (compilation or otherwise).
Answers on a postcard please.

Noise Museum was the record label they were on for this album.
There are 4 albums: Electronicat 1999, So I Love You 2000, Birds Just Want To Have Fun 2002, 21st Century Toy 2003

Yup, it's on the album electroniCAT, and it's a great album :)
I wouldn't bother with the other albums if I were you tho as they really aren't on par with this one...Birds Just Want To Have & 21st Century Toy aren't even noise...they're psychedelic rock FFS!! 8O 8O :(
Shame really as Mak booked electroniCAT to play at Slime once, and unfortunately Fred Bigot (who, for those in the cheap seats, IS electroniCAT) played the psychedelic rawk stuff...*ahem*
Suffice to say impressed Mak was not ;) :(

ok it was shouted to me from upstairs...ok i only have two of their albums one is 21st century toy....i KNOW it's not on that and the other i don't know the name of you see... :oops: i THINK IT'S ELECTRONICAT.....but the case got fucko'd....HANG ONE...SHOUTS UP AGAIN...

Crap! My bubble just burst!
Seems the 1999 album Electronicat is now out of print, and I can't find a copy anywhere. Well, except for some joker on Amazon.com asking $46.99 for a used one, and that's without US shipping costs! :evil:
Don't suppose any of you lovely fellow slimers are willing to sell me your copy?? (or is that taking the p*ss?!) Perhaps if you know of anywhere I can buy at a reasonable price?

Thanks SP, that would be wicked! Really good of you! Trouble is, I won't be at Slime this Sat (tend to keep visits few and far between, as my recovery time is getting longer these days!) :oops:
