erm...ummm... DON'T KICK ME!
maybe it's not fair to post here a topic like this... but oh well.
when I'll come up to London I want to enjoy all the nights out.
so if Slimelight is closed on friday, I NEED to know where else could I go..
I listen to industrial, EBM, powernoise.
I could stand darkwave or goth stuff

You are wrong : every body here go to slimelight and only to the slimelight :
the other "official" possibilitys are...
The electric ballroom (too much metal)
The borderline (too much shiit)
No, really, personnaly, I think that the Slime is for some EBM/Indus prog, the only good place.
Yesterday I was in Electrogogo, at Madam Jojo, and it was quite good (not really "gothic" : more electroklash i think...) - It's on thursday.

You could try Synthetic Culture in Kings X on the 3rd Friday of every month for more accesible industrial and alternative dance.
Sick And Twisted upstairs at the Garage is also on sporadically throughout the month on a Friday evening (drum+ bass, noise, gabba etc.).

duh!
ok I guess I will do something different on that Friday, cuz it's not the 3rd of the month, it's 4th February...
damn, I didn't think a city like London had just one industrial club

It's not that big a "scene" here, well, not like places in Germany, Netherlands and Belgium. 8O
We are working on changing that, though!

slimelight is not an industrial club either, it includes industrial.
also try to look things up on google.

y'know, it's strange, cuz many online cyberwear shops are located in UK... not as many as US, but as much as in Germany, for example.
if they make clothes, there should be somebody wearing, and they should be english! (no one sound of mind would ever order something in pounds if has no pounds in the wallet! it's a stupid pricey currency!)
