My wife and I are from London Canada, and we will be in Europe for a couple of weeks.
I thought it would be nice if we could check out the "scene" where it all began. We arrive Saturday Aug 22nd and that night will be our only chance to go to Slimelight.
There seems to be bands playing that night. Is that just a pre-show before the club opens up with the regular DJ's, or will there just be live music all night?
Also regarding the dress code, how fussy are the bouncers at the door? Since we're traveling for more then 2 weeks, it's hard to pack light and I am worried about not having the proper attire. Is blue jeans a defenite no?
One more question: Any other clubs we should check out in London? Any recomendations for Paris?
