What are your opinions on cloning?

More specifically, what are your opinions on the cloning of human beings?


This is an interesting debate that came up while i was talking to my family a couple of days ago and i was wondering what other people think.

this is all very well but i dont think that science will lend its hand to pervesion so easily. There are a lot more uses that our governments would put to cloning

welll! Surely if theres no way of telling which are the real ones and which arnt, then we've done a fUcking good job of cloning :)

I'm not sure about the ethics of discussing uniforms and cloning with a German...didn't we fight a war to avoid having to discuss such stuff??:)

Not quite sure why and army of clones would be any better than any army :) Clones wouldn’t be any easier to brainwash than any other person.

I don’t see the big deal, in all actuality most clones won’t look exactly the same and they certainly won’t be the same person, much like ‘identicial’ (monozygotic) twins aren’t.

No big deal for me, bring it on.

Human genetic engineering? Now that involves some deeper issues… :D
