The flyer claims that some of the DJs are Slimelight DJs... AFAIK they've never been residents and anyone who once worked for Slimes should be marked up as 'ex-Slimelight'. They definately don't work there at the moment. If you've DJ'ed somewhere once it doesn't give you the right to paste the name of that club next to your name! (In my case, people sometimes put my name next to clubs I'd much rather forget I ever worked at!).

On the rare ocassions I do make it to slimes I'd rather inhabit the goth floor or the ebm floor

I'll probably be there. I don't think Slime is dying ... it's just one of the club's natural cycles that has happened many times before.

The one thing that is pissing people off (including me) is having to stand in the cold and damp to have a smoke. Rather than spend half my night standing outside, I tend to stay at home more. This is coming from someone that lives 10 mins walk from the club. I think better arrangements could and should be made.
