I don't know any of any specific sites, but you could try somewhere lke the London Fetish Scene site (I think it's www.londonfetishscene.com - can't look it up at work).

I've played with this a little, and it's mainly just common sense. Keep things clean, and any exchange of bodily fluids carries a risk of transferring disease so be careful....
