I just thought I give props to whoever puts the films on as they have shown Evil Ed, Braindead and Doberman in the past and it's good to see some alternative cinema outside my bedroom.

Who picks the films?
Who owns them?
Can we bring our own mad shit down for a spin?

The cinema's a great idea isn't it? When you've got a club on for that long, it's nice that you can take an hour or two out and go catch a film. The first night they did it they gave out some popcorn too. FTW!! :)

I think most of the films are Mak's. He's also had Braindead, Bad Taste, Underworld and Eraserhead on down there (among many others). I gave him Reservior Dogs, From Dusk Til Dawn and a couple of others for his collection a while back too.

They gave out Ice-lollies once aswell!

Hehe, there was me, pissed as a fart, sucking on a Fab lolly watching doberman 4 in the morning in the best club I know of. Bliss.

Yeah, I watched Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring there too.
I can recall Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within getting a spin too!

I got wicked shit though....

What's that sci-fi/horror film they've been showing a few times, that has some androids in a winter planet and this group of soldiers are trying to search into the matter. I've tried looking at the net a bit, but no luck so far, any ideas?

The frightened girl at the back says please don't play this film at us when we're all wasted...

I think it's safe to say that most David Lynch movies will leave you that way! ;)

Well if you want to see some films before you die you gotta go for the Guinea Pig series.

Not sure if they've shown it at Slimelight but it could be Screamers.

There are loads of theories about Mullholland Drive and what it actually means....

Mine is this: There isn't one, he's taking the piss out of people who watch it then have the cheek to say they get it, these people are lying cunts!!

I studied it for theatre studies and can find no rhyme or reason!! I think it's one in the eye for arty pretentious people who think they're superior minds understand it's profound nature....
Whoever marked my paper must have agreed... I got an A!

David Lynch meanwhile relaxes in his arm chair checking his bank balance laughing his deep and meaningful arse off!!
