Has a nice feature where you can request songs from there collection as well,
streamripper is also a nice tool to keep around rip everything you listen to.

A way to record is as well to use the is a record prog delivered with your soundcard and windows can record what you're listening as well. usually the output is .wave and has to be cut and encoded

Another possibility is that the playing prog records the music & cuts the Mp3's if the titles are displayed correctly... Quintessential Player/ (http://www.quinnware.com/)This prog has the advantage that you can connect to any shoutcaststream ( streamripper sometimes get's problems)
