Superman Returns is boring and Lex Luthor was in it for about 20 mins.
I like the fact that they kept the original music in the film but it's so slow!

yeah the only good thing was lex luthor!At least they turned him into a nasty

I remember seeing one of the Batman graphic novels quite some time ago (I think it was 'The Dark Knight Returns'), where the US government sent Superman after Batman, and Batman had built himself a mahoosive cyber-suit for the fight, which plugged into the national grid. Stretching credulity (what do you mean, 'comics aren't reality'?), but a nice idea...IIRC they fought one another to a stand-still.

It was on the brink of development before the director pulled out to work on Troy. The original idea was to do the crossover film to "revitalise" the two franchise's and then make Batman Begins and Superman 5.

Shame that crossovers on film are rarely any good as they are in the comics (*cough*AlienvsPredator*cough*).

Batman vs Superman would be a rubbish film...

consider this...

Superman is from Krypton...He has laser beams that shoot out of his eyes...He can crush cars with with his bare hands...He is practically invulnerable (bar the reaction to Kryptonite)...you get the idea.


Batman is a rich dude with some swanky gadgets.

Who do you think would win? :rolleyes:
