Dark City almost upon us - Empty_Cloud and I are going along. Is anyone else from here going?

I'd love to go but am working and also skint so not a good combo to have. I would love to see Combichrist and Panzer AG. Oh well at least I'm going to Infest this year

I've been thinking about going to Infest - there are some good bands in the line-up.

It is a bit of a result about Combichrist appearing at Dark City - a shame about Suicide Commando though, and the circumstances under which they had to pull out :( - It was good of the rest of Combichrist to agree to fly in for the gig.

its sunday, 2 thirds of the way through dark city, it amazing!

its been a broken weekend, the smoke machines, the sweaty bodies, hair extentions, the glowticks OH MY GOD THE GLOWSTICKS!!!

Hey never been to dark city, when is it and whats it like, what music do they play, how many floors etc.

It's a festival in Edinburgh that happens once a year, a bit like Infest but on a lower budget.

Ugh, just back at work after a fantastic weekend in Edinburgh in the company of my lovely Empty_Cloud. Dark City was amazing, (most of) the bands were great, the city is beautiful and the people were friendly. It was great to finally meet GothicBikerBabe too, after all this time. Even the drinks were cheap (student union bar, get in!).

All being well, I'm certainly going to try to go again next year.

but yeah, i cant wait for the weekend!!! im thinking of wearing my long kilt. sound good or am i likely to get the crap beaten out of me?

might have been that german Bratwurst i had at the weekend thats giving me my wonderful glow.... possibly. ;)

so kilt it is, hmmm, its a bit heavy but it should be fine.
