Excuse, and you could not help me?) I have read through, that what to get in slimelight it would be necessary to have a club card or friends with a card, is the truth? Or there any person can get?
Simply I now live in Moscow, and there will be in London all a month =) I in any case will be passed in club for higher price or it is necessary to get it odds necessarily? Simply I have already got confused)) One people speak me, that it is obligatory, others speak, that there pass simply so if I am dressed as all))

To get into Slimelight, you will either need to:
A) Be a member OR
B) Be brought in by a member

However, you can only get membership forms in the Slimelight itself, so first time you go, you HAVE to be brought in by another member. This is not as hard as it sounds, since you can ask people queuing into Slimelight to bring you in. They most likely will say yes, if you are dressed in appropriate (gothic) way. Also sometimes the Staff may bring you in as well, if you are dressed well enough and seem like a nice person.

If you are a member, it will normally cost you 5£ to get in, while for guests it costs 8£.

That is how it was in the past. It changed for a little period but we like it that way and that is why the policy has gone back to what it was!

The twice that I have come, it's been a case of "You look OK, in you go" - discretion of the doormen.

Must have gotten one. Even if you are on the guest list, you get one.

Anyway, you then belong to the A category listed by Bhiakyam... And prolly Black Sunshine as well...

What do I know...? I first went to Slime this past saturday!

lol last time i was at slime we were sitting up in the bar and this random bloke who could be described as a happy mondays fan kinda danced by holding a can wearing blue jeans and a white t shirt and cap

-it was the most hilarious sight!-completely unexpected! but he was having a fucking excellant time! -lol-well done to him for getting in!-whats the harm if he's just enjoying the music and atmosphere?!

admittedly there are a few folk who dont fit the dress code and are just looking for a barney which we need to keep out with the door polices-we dont want them in slime!

but its much more common to see someone who doesnt fit this minority!-and ive met a hell of a lot of people who find it just too easy to jump to conclusions on the basis of dress and discriminate people that they know nothing about!

just use your common sense! and dont assume

In answer to 'Your_Goddess's original question; If you dress like a Goth, Cyber-Goth, Punk, Fetishist, Drag...err King?!, etc you'll get in with or without a Member...but as stated before it'll cost you £8, not £5.
Any problems on the door just ask for one of the management.
If you turn up in blue jeans and trainers I wish you luck!
