Most of the site is really cool :)
Am I the only one that sometimes finds it difficult to read black text against the grey/black background though? 8O
It works well on the silver grey pages, but there's some pages with just the background.

one of these days theyre going to start teaching females computers at school!
no i dont mean the pretty colourful user interface fronted desktop applications like word and excel, which we know any female can naturally use; I'm talking about hardware. yeah baby yeah!
it seems to me that all females would be scared to open up their computer if something goes wrong and it needed fixing. theyd probably call out an expensive engineer to resolve a problem which could so easily have been sorted out if only they were a man!
yeah thats right, us men arn't afraid of the insides of our computers! after all most real men probably have built up their computer themselves from scratch to custom specifications anyway! nope, we just plunge inside and have a good fiddle!

You just don't know the right women mate, I build pc's and quite often do maintainance for some of my MALE friends coz they don't have the first idea how to put a pc together.
I'll take this as a joke, but if you really think this then I'll come prove you wrong. Okay, so I can't code too well yet, but when it comes to hardware I have no problems whatsoever. :P
I'm a man and I know fuck all about computers ;)
:lmao: See, my point exactly!

Good for you Mz_Pink :D
I'd like to be able to do that but i'm just scared i'd break it even more. I took IT as an AS Level and got a C - i agree and reckon they shouldve taught hardware too.
I dont think he was serious just trying to get one up on me as my mum called an engineer (i didnt want her too) he was going to charge Å70 then Sekrets came round and did what the engineer said he'd do.
I think he also wanted a chance to gloat that he built his own computer.

ah yeah, is that the reason why they even ask me to adjust their monitors whenever they see me up in the scotish office?
oh and when they had a problem with the server, who did they whinge to? the (male) network admin or me, the girly ?
Secrets, to be honest, you might find that funny but i still find it pretty hard to constantly having to prove that i am as good, if not better than the blokes and their little scams in order to boot the girly out...

Although saying 'all' females sekrets is in fact speaking of an incident which happened with me and my mum. this engineer wanted to charge us Å80 to do a minimal peice of work on my computer which i probably could've done myself. Girls are as good as men in some cases but around us it does seem that blokes are better at techinal things - not the case everywhere.
Oh Btw I have a new computer now :D :D

I lost my glasses and am generally blind most of the time as I'm too fucking lazy to bother with contact lenses and laser vision would be oh so painful; whilst the damn night goggles would just freak me out!!!
It was OK when I first went to slimes and learnt how and where to avoid the bright flash of coloured globes, but I suspect it's those bloody glowsticks which have caused the current level of damage to my green googlies!!!
So please guys... do something to make life easier for us disabled members!
