AAARRR! The man has a point. Associating my bad name with "newbie" does nothing for me credentials!

As far as I can tell, you are promoted straight from newbie to "old git"

I've added over 300 posts and I'm still a bloody newbie! :x 8O
I have to agree with Mr Trikkle, "fledgling worm" has a certain ring to it.

I quite like being a newbie - it has an air of wide-eyed innocence about it, which suits my pure character

Hi!
I think one way to solve this. Is simply for the webmaster to update
one's status according to membership details.
e.g. a user would email his/her membership number of slimelight, with
the name in the signature too, and then the status would be updated
accordingly.
I am sure there are people joining the forum this year, that have been members for years.
Cheers
Morcego

8O I am not a number, I'm a human being!
We no longer have a status, we are now just all numbers
It's just like The Prisoner!
Number one: "Tell us who you are number six!"
Number six: "Tell me who you are."
Number one:"Tell us what makes you tick?"
Number six: "Tick? Like a clock? You mean keep going like clockwork?"
Number one: "CURSE YOU NUMBER SIX!"
We no longer have a status, we are now just all numbers
8O I am not a number, I'm a human being!
Shouldn't that be "free man"?!

we'll never be free men. We are always bound by the laws of the universe
But that's the great philosophical question...are we truly "free men"?
I was simply retorting the quote from "The Prisoner".
